Affectionately known as "the resume' lady", Executive Director and Principal Consultant Kim Bond possesses over 25 years of professional Human Resource Consulting experience and is an expert in the fields of Training & Development, Leadership Development, Career Coaching and Workforce Planning. Ms. Bond holds a Master of Human Resource Management Degree, is a Senior Professional Human Resource (SPHR), Certified Workforce Development Professional (CWDP), Certified DiSC Facilitator, Certified Leadership Architect 101 & Voices 360 Degrees and has completed countless continuing education hours within the HR discipline.
Ms. Bond and her team of professionals continue to develop and deliver programs, processes, and instruction that produce favorable outcomes for OWS clients.
